How long will it take to receive my order?

Thank you for shopping with Gifts Upon A Time. Please note that there are some items that require more time (this will be advised on your order status page) which will increase the time it will take for you to receive your order. For shipping detail, check out our shipping information page.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you can check your order anytime by clicking on Order Status in the top right of the Gifts Upon A Time site. When available, a tracking number will also be provided, enabling you to track your order. When you log into Order Status, you can also include your optional account number. This will allow you to view all orders you placed with us.

Can I track my order online?

Can I edit my order after it has been placed?

All cancellations and changes to addresses, etc., on your order must be made by the close of the same business day the order was placed. If your credit card is deemed invalid by PayPalŪ, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified via e-mail.

How do I look up an order I placed months ago?

Clicking on Order Status in the top middle of the Gifts Upon A Time site and logging in, will display your order. When you log into Order Status, you can also include your optional account number. How do I see product detail or a larger product picture?

When you click on an item picture or product number, a window will display the detail and the actual product photo size. You can also click on the "add to cart" link. If you want to manage your display, on the right side of the site under "Preferences" you can select Thumbnails which is a sized (small) photo, or Full Size photos. In addition, you can display the number of items on each page of your category or search result.
